NEWS FROM CRAMPTON INSPECTION SERVICE

NOTICE:  Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, home inspections are being performed with only the inspector at the property.  A review can be done over the phone after the inspection and the report reviewed by phone when completed.  The inspector wears a mask at the property at all times.  Shoe coverings are worn inside the home.  The inspector wipes off touched surfaces (ex: switches, door knobs, kitchen appliance handles) with disinfectant wipes at the end of the inspection.

 

In an effort to further protect customers' personal contact information, effective June 1, 2018, we will be leaving customer phone numbers and email addresses off of home inspection reports as these reports can end up in the possession of other parties during a real estate transaction.
